We provide specialist caravan insurance and insurance for Touring Caravans, Static Caravans, Holiday Lodges and Residential Park homes.

Our products are designed by us specifically to meet the needs of our customers, we then only use 'A' rated insurance companies to ensure that you receive the best possible claims service.

Our aim is to provide you with a personal service which combines both a competitive premium and cover. We offer specific policies that meet the needs of different types of caravans and their uses, these are designed by us to ensure that they deliver for our customers.
 

Touring Caravan Insurance 

Our touring caravan insurance cover is specifically tailored to include items and equipment 

Touring Caravan Insurance is not compulsory but a touring caravan usually represents a significant financial investment, it makes good sense to protect it against damage or theft.

Repairing a touring caravan can be surprisingly expensive, not to mention inconvenient! If your caravan is damaged we will work with you to find a suitable repairer and do everything we can to get you back on the road.
 

Static Caravan Insurance & Holiday Lodge Insurance 

Whether you use your static caravan just for yourself, your family or as a holiday let our policy should meet your needs.

We automatically include employers liability cover for domestic staff. Customers often don't realise that when paying casual staff to clean your caravan or turnaround for holiday lets that you are legally liable for injuries they suffer at work - if you don't have employers liability insurance you could become personally liable. This is why we include the cover automatically so that you have peace of mind.
 

Residential Park Home Insurance 

As this is your full time home we have developed a policy to reflect this, some competitors policies are based on static caravan policies which do not always include covers you would expect as a full time resident.

Our policy allows you to select the cover that is right for you with high limits available for your contents and personal possessions.

 

 

General FAQs

You can make a claim by calling us or by signing in to your Customer Portal. You will have been sent a link to sign in when you purchased your policy, if you don't have the link then call us.

When you take out your policy with Noble Caravan & Leisure you will automatically be sent a welcome email with your documents attached. You will also be given a unique link so that you can access your Noble Customer Portal where you can find copies of your documents, make a claim or update your payment method.

Noble Insurance is a privately owned group of specialist insurance providers. We provide insurance for Boats, Musical Instruments, Safe Deposit Boxes, Guns, Events and Specialist Motor in addition to Caravans, Holiday Lodges & Park Homes.

Noble Insurance Services Ltd aims to provide you with a first class service. If the expected service has not been delivered or there are any concerns with the service provided, we would like to have the opportunity to put things right.

We take all complaints seriously and will endeavour to respond immediately. Where this is not possible, we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days confirming the name of the member of staff dealing with your complaint.

We will provide you with a full written response within 20 business days or explain the current position and agree a time scale for a full response. If upon receipt of the full response from Noble Insurance Services Ltd you remain dissatisfied you may be eligible to refer your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

The FOS is an independent body that arbitrates on complaints. They can be contacted at:

You have six months from the date of our final response to refer your complaints to the FOS. This does not affect your right to take legal action, however, the FOS will not adjudicate on any case where litigation has commenced.

We accept all major credit and debit cards or you can pay monthly, subject to status.
